- Use of the Uniiku Services
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the necessary legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Uniiku Services.
1.2 Account Registration: In order to use certain features of the Uniiku Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3 Certificate System: Uniiku offers a certificate system that allows users to store and verify information associated with a work of art. By using the certificate system, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be visible to anyone who visits the certificate link or scans the QR code associated with the certificate. Uniiku does not claim any exclusive use or rights to the information stored in the certificate system.
1.4 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Uniiku Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading, transmitting, or otherwise distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property
2.1 User Content: You retain ownership of any content that you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Uniiku Services. By submitting content, you grant Uniiku a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
2.2 Uniiku Services: Uniiku retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights associated with the Services. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Uniiku Services.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
3.1 Uniiku does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information stored in the certificate system or obtained through the use of the Services. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
3.2 Uniiku does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You agree that Uniiku shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Services or any reliance on the information stored in the certificate system.
- Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniiku and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Uniiku Services.
4.2 In no event shall Uniiku’s total liability for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Services.
- Modifications to the Terms
Uniiku reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Uniiku website.
